Learning to love others, learning to love yourself, connect with yourself.
We all need human connection, it's vital for our survival.
A season for every thing.
I need to remember who I am, and realize I don't need to be like anybody else. I don't need to be a social butterfly or a song bird, I am a sycamore tree. I am big and strong, rooted and stable, and I have a lot of skills and traits that help me love and serve others in my own unique way.

I took the day off work, which put me in an extremely happy mood. It felt great! And then I got caught monologuing for over 30 minutes. I surprise myself sometimes with how much I’ve grown over the past couple years. I need to re-listen to these episodes often, because when I do have hard days, it’s so easy to forget the progress you have made.
