The past month has been intense. As increased energy and consciousness floods into the Earth plane, my life and body has felt the effects. As consciousness rises, the lower energies cannot remain, so they come floating to the surface of our awareness to be witnessed, experienced and integrated. These energies can be just ours, or it can also be collective or ancestral energies. For me this past month, it seems as if the basement of my existence is being cleaned. I have felt like my life has been like living inside a washing machine, constant upheavals and churning, with only short pauses of respite between cycles. Becoming consciously connected to my inner wisdom/soul/Higher Self takes cleaning out the ‘s**t’ that hides the light of my inner essence.This is me looking back on my past month and noticing the growth
