Welcome to your mentor today, Josh Bonhotal. Josh is one of the most highly regarded performance coaches in America, and is the VP of Performance overseeing all the coaches, at Future Fitness. Future offers one-on-one digital training with fitness coaches at home, the gym, or on-the-go. They are coming off a 24 Million Series B Round in 2020, seeing great growth. Previously, Josh was the Director of Sports Performance for Purdue Men’s Basketball, where he oversaw training and nutrition for a program that perennially ranked in the Top 25, earned two Sweet Sixteen appearances, and had multiple All-American selections during his tenure.

Before that, Josh worked for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA. As a part of the Bulls’ Strength & Conditioning staff, he coached Derrick Rose – while Rose won Rookie of the Year (2009) and MVP (2011) – and contributed to the team’s 62-win season in 2011-2012.

Dr. Tom Burns, the doctor who is also a real estate investor! His firm currently has $200 million in AUM.

Professionally, Tom started his adult life as a doctor. Trained in sports medicine as an orthopedic surgeon, he began his medical career in his hometown of Austin, Texas. Today, he continues to practice medicine because it still gives him joy and purpose.

Along the way, Tom decided that he wanted an exceptional life and didn’t believe that a career as a doctor would check all the boxes. He wanted choice, freedom and time with his family.
