Welcome to the beginning of another opportunity (2023). The year we all have been stirring at for awhile now. God has empowered us to start the new year by giving us life and by ordering our footsteps into the year. Today our anchor scripture Isa.43.18 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. (NIV) is telling us to move on from the past, it could be our unmet goals for 2022, failed relationship, broken bonds between peers, lack of trust and countless betrayal etc. God is telling us this morning that we should forget about it and move ahead with the goals for this current year. And, he is ready to walk with us this year. So whatever be your struggle in the past let it go. He(GOD) is here to hold your hands through the year just trust him to the core.

Isa.43.5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. (NIV). As we write down our plans for the new year, it's expected of us to empower our understanding of the possibility of God's commitment to our advancement as his children. Also from our anchor scripture this morning God has validated himself that he will bring in our children(blessings) from the east and also gather them from the west. This above has assured us that if we can plan, and believe, he can materialize our vision for the new year. But the question now is Are you ready?? Do you have a vision for the new year?? Do you believe GOD can do it?? Remember God is ready when we are ready and also, he will never do what our faith can't process. Good morning.

As we approach the new year, we should explore God's words to search out his plans and thought for us as we begin a fresh start in our life. From our anchor scripture Rom.8.28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. (NLT) God has revealed to us that he makes everything work together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose. The love of God is essential to our victorious life and empowerment as there will be no victory without his thought and guidance.

Eccl.5.7 Dreaming all the time instead of working is foolishness. And there is ruin in a flood of empty words. Fear God instead. (NLT)

Exod.34.6 He passed in front of Moses and said, "I am the LORD, I am the LORD, the merciful and gracious God. I am slow to anger and rich in unfailing love and faithfulness. (NLT)

As we mark the birth of our LORD and Savior JESUS Christ, we need to know the reason why he descended from his throne high above the skies to dwell among us. According to our anchor scriptures this morning 1Tim.1.15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--of whom I am the worst. (NIV). Paul made clear to us his primary motive for his birth. Which is to save us from our sins and to restore us to our original state of triumphant and Christ like living. So as we mark his birth let us remember his reason for existence and what it stood for during his days on earth.

Our 2 Cor.12.9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. (NIV). Hello, Good morning, today I bring you another Good News of God's enriched plans for our redemption and how he is empowering us with a deeper revelation of his agenda. Our anchor scripture this morning is opening our minds to the possibility of our victory amid our addiction, he has given us an access code to walk through the valley of our addictions. He says in our anchor scripture that his grace is sufficient unto us, and his power is made perfect in our weakness. Today God's word is admonishing us to possess a conquering mentality when the devil faces us with images from our past we should remind him of his unending grace that speaks for us at his mercy sit and walk it through till we are free from such addictions. Nothing is impossible with GOD even ADDICTIONS can be cured in HIM.

Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something. Ps.37.5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: (NIV). Our anchor Scripture this morning has opened our minds to the need of involving God in our plans and activities. It births the willingness of our hearts to depend only on his guidance without the fears of the unknown. Today devotional is calling on us to hold onto our faith and to trust God during our fighting(waiting) windows.

Titus.2.11 God's readiness to give and forgive is now public. Salvation's available for everyone! (MSB). His ever-willing hands of restoring MAN to his original state can never be over-emphasized. His sacrifice and support to make that reality in boldly written in his words and his actions toward MEN. He is always ready when we are ready and he is always there when we need him.

Lost in the piles of confusion and troubles inflation and life circumstances bring your way? I bring you good news, there is a shoulder ready to take it up for you so you can be free. Our anchor Scripture this morning has said it all Ps.55.22 Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall. (NIV). God is our ever-present help in the time of need he is always there to shield us from the arrows that fly by day and by night. All we need do is to present our burden to him and believe it is done through him, with no doubt in our hearts. Then it done.
