25 years ago, when I was in my very first HR position, there was no way I could have told you what I actually "𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝗽."

I was living my 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 super young adult life and content on going to school (like my parents wanted me to do) and landing my then "𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗠" job as a flight attendant!

Growing my career in #HR was by 𝗡𝗢 means in my plan, really I didn't have a for real plan!

I did what most people do, I chased the next "best" thing, not knowing what I was actually doing, I just would at a job posting and apply if I thought that I could do it, I would show up, interview, maybe land the position, and go on about my business.

It wasn't until 𝟴 years ago, that it started to "click" and "connect" for me...

Today, I'm going to lay out for you the path that I took from HR Coordinator to HR Executive (and How YOU can too).
