When we start each day with intention, we choose what we bring with us into each new day. We recognize that we don't have to carry the weight that others may choose to carry. We only bring with us what adds value and purpose.
Call to Action:
1) End each day with reflection. Process anything that caused negative emotions and leave it in the baggage for the day.
2) Start each day with one or two intentions specific for the day. Routines work wonders for the morning - add your day intentions into your already established morning routines.
3) It's okay to do a midday reset if needed; the only timeline that exists is yours. The important thing is taking time for the reset if you find yourself overwhelmed and needing a fresh canvas for new opportunities.
