Jaslyn Declerq and her fiance Thomas Musgrave have been together for four years. Declerq is from Tillsonburg, Ont., while Musgrave lives and works in Findlay, OH. In December 2018, the cross-border couple welcomed a baby girl into their lives, and up until March 2020 Declerq, Musgrave, and their daughter would visit each other every weekend. That's when the border would be closed to all non-essential travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Musgrave has only spent 26 days with his daughter.
