In this episode, we’ll cover how important it is for women to believe in themselves and in what they are doing in order to show up confident when speaking to a prospective customer.  Showing up with confidence can be a challenge if there are limiting beliefs surfacing when wearing the ‘sales hat’  There are so many negative adjectives associated with ‘sales’ and women tend to internalize that negativity and show up feeling like they’re going to be judged. It’s a downward spiral.  When fear is brought to a sales conversation, it’s difficult to show up confident and people don’t want to buy from people that don’t seem confident about what they’re offering. Flipping the script around how we see sales is crucial to quieting the fear-inspired chatter box.  Additionally, when the focus and attention is on the prospect and not on seeking approval, the conversation with the prospect will be so much more meaningful.
