Where does your mind spend the majority of it's time? In today's practice, I'll lead us through a meditation that helps us observe where our minds are in this moment, noticing our racing thoughts, then seeing if we can redirect it to what is present in the now...our breath, our body.
At the end, I offer some journal prompts to help you reflect even more for yourself. I'd highly recommend grabbing a pen and paper to jot down the questions.
