We never do this, but it was just too good not to share with you.
On Wednesday we held one of our infamous Creative Sessions — screens on, focused attention, work together kinda vibes.
This one was specifically intended for all participants to leave with clarity and immediate next steps to take towards achieving ONE MAJOR upcoming project or goal to close out 2026.
Led by our Co-Creator, Amy Keller, who guided us through the exact SEVEN QUESTIONS to go from Chaos to Clarity. It had the room on fire!
If you were in the room at the session on Wednesday, we’d love to hear from you what project or goal you are committing to!
If you weren’t able to attend live, no worries! This is one session we absolutely did not want to gatekeep.
[Press Play] and enjoy the guided session with us…
OR
[Read Below] and journal the work in your own energy.
Once you have your project or goal on paper…
We invite you to take it one step further
and DO THE THING.
Either solo,
or in a group accountability setting
with a high-caliber network
of women and mothers,
stewarded by Amy Keller and Jeana Donovan, together with us
hosted here:
Get in the room and join us in the Creative Incubator | Sunday October 4 - November 1
In this 30-day Creative Incubator you will:
* Identify a single goal or creative project and build a clear, action-based path to completion, along with your own defined measure of success.
* Receive dedicated support to bring your vision to life in a focused, intentional high caliber container of like-minded women via a private WhatsApp Group.
* Engage in weekly live sessions with strategic guidance and real-time feedback from an assembly of Incubator collaborators via weekly private live zoom calls.
* Gain direct access to the network of women who are just a step ahead of where you’re going, have a generous spirit to support and nurture your goal to completion.
* Be (pleasantly) held and pressured to completion culminating in a final presentation of your work on the last day of the incubator.
Your project will be held with clarity, respect, and momentum by The Mothership creators, Amy Keller and Jeana Donovan, alongside a private community committed to creation.

ok ok ok! Put your phone on Do Not Disturb. Get out your notebook and favorite pen. Let’s go to work. Here are your …
SEVEN QUESTIONS TO GO FROM CHAOS TO CLARITY:
Step 1: Brain-dump your projects or goals (about 4-5 minutes)
* “I want you to take out a pen and a paper. I want you to write down the three to seven projects that are in your mind right now.”
* “These can be creative projects that you’ve been thinking about. These can be dreams or visions that you’ve had. These can be things that you need to do.”
* “So maybe for you, you just need to write a to-do list so that you start to get to the dream list...”
Step 2: Edit the list
* “Did you just write yourself a to-do list? Did you just write yourself, like, things you were already going to do anyways...”
* “OR Did you write something that’s a little bit scary?”
* “Did you write down something that is possibly going to really frighten you? It’s going to cause you to maybe have to change a little bit to get it done.”
* “Did you write something that’s maybe going to ask you to call out parts of yourself that you typically don’t trust, parts of your personality or your skills that you don’t normally rely on?”
* “Essentially, I want you to look at the list and see if you really wrote down something that is worth dedicating 30 days to just really going all in for, that you would not have done otherwise.”
* “If you don’t have that thing on your list, I invite you to just finally write it down right now.”
Step 3: Circle your focus
* “You’re gonna circle the thing that you are going to focus on over the next 30 days. Circle that thing.”
Step 4: List what you already have
* “Make a list of everything that you have within yourself to achieve that project. So everything that you already have physically within yourself or within your grasp to achieve that project.”
* “Maybe it’s the pen, the paper, it’s the canvas. You have a camera.”
* “I even want things like encouragement. You have people who will encourage you. I want you to even write down if you already have a strategy for it.”
* “It’s a positive self-psychology tool that shows you, you can do it!”
Step 5: List what you need to get
* “On the other side of your paper or below that list, make a list of the resources outside of you that you need to get to get it done.”
* “Do you need to visit someone? Do you need to go to the library? Do you need to find a film?”
* “Do you need to have a hard conversation?”
* Maybe it’s: “childcare, time and focus, or to literally put time in my calendar that is dedicated to this project.”
Step 6: Now, get brutally honest about distractions
* “I want you to write down with your hand, not just in your mind... what are the distractions that you need to remove in order to make this thing happen in the next 30 days.”
* It could be:
* “Social media and wasted time scrolling or unproductive time.”
* “Escaping yourself, where do you use tactics to escape yourself?”
* “Are you wasting your time at night because you didn’t get to your project or yourself during the day...?”
* “Do you need to stop taking phone calls with people who are draining your energy?”
* “So literally write down what your distractions are and what you’re going to do to remove them.”
* Essentially, do your habits reflect that you are the right person for this creative project to come to, or should it come to somebody else?”
Step 7: Finally, take one bold action in the next 48 hours
* “Over the next 48 hours, what is one action that you can take to move this thing forward?”
* “And it should be a little bit much. It should really, really require you to take a big action. So I don’t want it to be like put it in my calendar.”
* “Are you going to sign up for the 30-day incubator? Or just secure the babysitter? Are you going to make the hard phone call or send that slightly unhinged pitch email?”
* “Be brutally honest with yourself and slightly aggressive with your commitment.”
BONUS: Define success (with TWO targets)
* “You’re going to define right now how you claim this as successful.”
* “Pull back my bow, and make your aim, hit the target, and know what that Success is.”
* “Now, what would be that second aim when you pull back your bow and you strike your target? What’s the second target for you where you would feel you’re so incredibly proud of yourself for moving yourself that far in 30 days?”
* “But don’t stop there. Don’t b******t yourself. How are you really gonna say you’re successful?”
* “What did you get? What did it produce? What can we show for our actions, our budget, our time, our skills?”
We hope you feel like you used your time very well, that you got clear with yourself and got honest with yourself. That you enjoyed spending time with yourself.
