In response to a national problem of women being taken advantage of at many auto repair shops owned by men, Patrice launched her own garage and company to give women a more comfortable experience.

I learned that phrase when I attended and participated in The Toyota Way Sales And Marketing at The Toyota Global Knowledge Centre.
But this is something I already knew. I was practicing this all my life. I grew up with my grandparents. So I always had the utmost respect for my elders.

And so this episode will do just that. For this episode we interview Desmond "Desi" Smith or "Uncle Desi". Father, Husband, Mentor and to most...a friend.

Every dealership has one. A mentor who has seen it all and is affectionately supportive to any and everyone who is eager to learn the trade.
