This episode provides an update on my diagnosis of Stage 4A Metastatic Rectal Cancer. In this update I share my cancer is still active and I talk a bit about my diet and exercise routine as well as beginning to explore other options for care in this window between surgery and seeking to achieve an outcome of no evidence of disease (NED).
