I don't know the year of this movie but is NOT to be confused with another movie, Close with this title called Angel Above and the Devil Below from 1975 two different movies.

But this one is about the few humans who have passed on and there are in front of the gates of heaven. As the Angel St. Peters must pass judgement on them if there go to heaven or hell. As each one of the humans remember the last time before there went to heaven on how there passed away. The comedy in the movie is very funny and well done.
