On another flashback movie review I will be talking about my memories of seeing Two Thousand Maniacs the original version and also the remake called 2001 Maniacs. Also the sequel to the remake called 2001 Maniacs: Field Of Screams. Will my memory of these movie be correct well let hear what I have to say.

Two Thousand Maniacs! (1964) Six people are lured into a small Deep South town for a Centennial celebration where the residents proceed to kill them one by one as revenge for the town's destruction during the Civil War.

2001 Maniacs (2005) Eight college students travelling to Florida for Spring Break stumble into a remote town in Georgia, where they are set upon by the residents.

2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams (2010) When this year's round of unsuspecting Northerners fail to show up for their annual Guts N' Glory Jamboree, the residents of Pleasant Valley take their cannibalistic carnival on the road, and head to Iowa.

Flashback review is when I go to memory lane trying to remember of this movies I have seen. Today I will give you my thoughts and opinions on Don Coscarelli's Phantasm films with the villain The Tall Man. 

Do I remember these 5 movies well after all these years well lets hear what I have to say. 

Phantasm (1979) A teenage boy and his friends face off against a mysterious grave robber, known only as the Tall Man, who employs a lethal arsenal of unearthly weapons.

Phantasm 2 (1988) Mike, now released from a psychiatric hospital, meets with Reggie, and discover his dreams ( the events of the original film) are real, and they both journey to find and stop the evil Tall Man from his grim work.

Phantasm 3: Lord of the Dead (1994) Mike and Reggie continue to hunt the mysterious Tall Man, discovering along the way that the invasion has already begun.

Phantasm 4: Oblivion (1998) Mike travels through time and dimensions to find the Tall Man's origins.

Phantasm 5: Ravager (2016) Reggie is wandering through the desert seeking out his friend Mike and the evil The Tall Man. Along his journey, he is hunted down by the dangerous spheres.
