With John Wick 4 hitting theaters this past weekend, we figured it was the perfect time to take a deep dive into the first 3 films. We break down our favorite moments from throughout the series and talk about what makes these movies so great. We cover a lot of ground and find out we each have a different favorite installment. This week we have a really fun episode for you. After getting caught up on all the movie news for the week, we get into a movie review and some cool fan theories that may or may not hold water. Marky really wanted us to watch and discuss the film Butt Boy. It definitely was a bit devisive, but we certainly had fun discussing it. Then we talk about a bunch of fan theories on a lot of different films. They're all interesting, but maybe not all valid. They were fun to talk about, though. Enjoy!

This week we are talking about some movies that bombed at the box office even though they are actually good films. These movies lost a ton of money for one reason or another, but they are definitely worth watching. We also dive into some movie news and end up going off the rails and talking about a lot of random stuff. Pretty typical for The Movie Council. Enjoy!

The Oscars are this weekend, so we decided to make some predictions. We go through all the major categories and talk about who we think will win and who we think should win. They're not always the same. We also drunkenly made some promises, so if you send us your picks and get more right than we do we will send you a prize. We're not sure how that will work out, but we were drinking and kinda screwed up. Oh well. Enjoy!

We are back! After a couple weeks off we are back at it and we are talking about everything that went on over that time.
