The Movie Lovers Podcast

There was a literal crack in the Hollywood universe at the 2022 Oscars... and I got deep into my thoughts about what just happened. Please let me know what you think about this episode in the comments below. I want as many perspectives as possible.

In episode 3 of The Movie Lovers Podcast, we get into how the Newman Awards went, discuss all things Oscars and get into the movie The Outfit. There was no confining this conversation, it flowed like a river going in heading in one direction but moving all over the place. This is a fun one folks. Hope you enjoy it. Please let me know what you think in the comments below.

This week on the podcast, we discuss the second week of The Batman in theaters, Turning Red on Disney+, the Outer Range & Obi-Wan Kenobi trailers, and a spectrum of news topics from the previous week.

Welcome to the first episode of The Movie Lovers Podcast. In this episode, Lucky Boy Reviews (Lucas Parker) and Brennon Poyner dig deep into their experience of Director Matt Reeve’s take on the iconic DC superhero. This is a spoiler-filled episode, so please proceed with caution if you have not yet seen “The Batman.” Enjoy everyone and please be sure to let us know what you think of the episode in the comments below.

Lucky Boy Reviews presents The Movie Lovers' Podcast. On this podcast, I discuss all things movies. Listeners can expect a weekly recap of movie-related news, insight into Hollywood history, personal stories as they relate to the movies, and in-depth discussions on culture and the movies we love. Come and listen in to discover why "There Is Still Magic In The Movies."

Hello everyone... This podcast is far different than the previous 3.

This podcast I explain the process I go through when I view slow or "Difficult" movies.
I do this through my experience with Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey. I explain my thought process while watching it and where my mind goes.

I get into some crazy stuff here. I talk about director David Lynch. I talk about aliens. This podcast really covers a broad area of topics. There is something for everybody.

I did not cover the news this week. The podcast started to get long. I stopped it at about the 40-minute mark.  I may still record the news tonight and send it out there but it will be an entirely separate podcast. Please let me know what you think about this one.
Leave me a review. I am curious to read your thoughts and see if you like this direction for future shows.

Thank you all and remember... There is Still Magic in the Movies.

There Is Still Magic in the Movies

Lucky Boy Reviews presents The Movie Lovers' Podcast.
This is the first episode of a new podcast from Lucky Boy Reviews. I spend this episode introducing myself. I give movie lovers some insight into who I am and where I came from. I share stories from my youth, my time in film school, the year I worked in Hollywood and where my journey landed me. This is the first episode of a new weekly series from one movie to share with all movie lovers. I hope you all enjoy. I promise they will get better.
