Austin Horton and Adrian Leiser spoke with friend of the program and local film industry legend Marshall Moore of "Utah Film Studios."

Marshall talked about the studio owners' decision to sell the property in the near future, but wanted to clear up the negative connotation that might come with that news. Moore says the decision is based in Utah's growing ability to land contracts with big time shows and movies, like "Yellowstone," and the owners feel a different ownership group with deeper experience in the entertainment industry would better fit Utah's needs to continue growing the space.

One way that growth could occur is tied directly to the state's rebate incentive program, which Moore described in detail for 'The Movie Zone.'
