Next week the WWDC begins and rumors are spreading about the new things that Apple will announce for iOS and Mac OS.  One new rumor was regarding the connected home.  We believe Apple could tie all of the new connected home hardware with your iOS device using the iBeacon technology.

Safari and Siri tips and tricks

It was a slow news week but we found some unpublicized tips and tricks for Safari and Siri.  Safari iCloud Tabs and Reader functions can help make saving and viewing web pages easy on any Mac or iOS device.  Siri can be fun to use and has some practical uses like launching apps, changing settings and setting alarms and timers without having to even look at your iOS device screen.  Siri is one of those features that if you don't use it you forget that you have it.

Apple's buying Beats Music?  We aren't sure why but we think Apple knows what it's doing.

There are many reports that Apple is buying Beats.  Most believe that Apple wants to boost its streaming music service.  Others believe that this helps Apple target another demographic.  We don't have any inside information but Apple has a proven track record of making good business decisions.  We'll wait and see how this plays out.
