Twenty years ago, Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten published 12 cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad, sparking protests, riots and boycotts across the Muslim world. Clashes outside Danish embassies led to at least 200 deaths. Flemming Rose was the culture editor who commissioned the cartoons.
