Daniela is a Qualified Nutritionist (Magistra), Analytical Chemist (PhD), Yoga Therapist and EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) with over 15 years of experience in holistic health promotion and sustainable living. Dr Kretschy is a passionate cook, mother, nature lover, world traveller, mindfulness and Ayurveda practitioner. She has led holistic health workshops, retreats and courses in Asia, Europe, Australia, Brazil and Canada. She loves working with people and strives to use her knowledge of the human body-mind-emotion complex to help others stay healthy and happy for as long as possible.

In today’s solo episode of The Conscious Creative Podcast, I will be sharing some deep lessons that I learned from studying Yoga and immersing myself in teaching Yoga internationally. These lessons still to this day help me to fill up my offers month after month.
As many of you know, I have a background in clinical psychology and 11 years ago I was attacked on the job by one of my clients so I left in search of my own healing. I went to Thailand and received a Yoga Certification and almost immediately started traveling the world teaching Yoga. So, my first phase of entrepreneurship came as being a Yoga teacher. And I was very good, even back then, at attracting people into my classes.
This topic is super important because I know that whether your tools of transformation are based in Yoga or another healing art modality, helping people transform is your soul's mission.
