In this episode, DJ Fat_Rain and I discuss uncertainty and how to deal with it. Our world is very uncertain right now, and it can be scary. We give you the ways we deal with it, so hopefully you can use these tactics to build upon other ways that you personally deal with it!

Bentley (Theølogy) and DJ Fat_Rain (Nathan Ashby) who met at a restaurant job in 2016 and became very close friends due to their mutual love of Dance Music. Mental Health is something that we both feel needs to be discussed more, as taking care of your mental health is a very stigmatized issue in today's society. We hope that fostering a discussion about mental health will encourage people to take it more seriously, and perhaps, help others. 

The podcast consists of 45 minutes to an hour of exciting music followed by a 15 minute discussion on various mental health topics. It will be coming out once a month. Enjoy!
