Clarify qabli and ba'di in mistakes during prayers. When does what come and can you use just one of them for all mistakes?

Sheikh, what is the ruling on reciting Fatiha during prayers? Do we recite it in every single rakah of every prayer? Do we recite it in Nafl? Do we recite it silently in Nafl or out loud? What if the Nafl is done at midnight, should we recite it loud or silently? Do we recite it in obligatory prayers when behind the Imam? What happens if you forget to recite Fatiha in prayer 1) when you're alone and 2) when you're behind the Imam?

Can you give an explanation on the seven virgins when Muslims die and go to jannah?

As Muslims certain forms of fun should be prohibited. Here is the case people celebrate birthdays and claim Allah has blessed them with another year whiles in actual fact their lives have been reduced. Sheikh you can advise Muslims to desist from this act, because you see them justifying the celebration of birthdays. What Islamic rulings can be used to discourage our brothers and sisters from this act.

Sheikh what is the ruling behind fasting on Monday and Thursday. Others are saying the Prophet fasted on Mondays because that was when he was given birth to and fasts on Thursdays because that's when your deeds are sent to Allah. Others disagree to this and say he fasts on both days because our deeds are sent to Allah on both days. I hope sheikh would be able to clarify this issue.
