Cs: Sněhové vločky padaly na Prahu, která byla oblečená ve sváteční výzdobě.
En: Snowflakes were falling on Praha, which was dressed in festive decorations.

Cs: Na Karlův most proudily davy turistů a obyvatel města, všichni zabalení do teplých kabátů a šál.
En: Crowds of tourists and city residents flowed onto Karlův most, all wrapped in warm coats and scarves.

Cs: Řeka Vltava pod nimi tiše plynula, obklopená mihotavými světly města, které připomínaly kouzlo Vánoc.

Cs: Jiri, profesor historie, stál na mostě a uvažoval o starých tajemstvích města.
