Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode we get curious about how long it takes to heal. Often we have to release the timelines on healing in order for that healing to truly arrive.

This episode grew out of an insightful chat I had with a friend all about the frustration we feel when we're trying so hard to shift a pattern or release a behavior or forgive a relationship but just… can't… quite… get there. Despite our best intentions and devoted commitment to 'doing the work' - often we have to release the timelines on healing in order for that healing to truly arrive. Zooming out and holding the bigger picture, we're reminded that there are often more cogs that need to turn than just our own in order for the true healing to happen.
