Hi everyone,
I am excited, excited, excited because this weeks episode is about a topic
I have been researching for a couple of years now and I am over the moon to
have an expert on the show who can talk to us about it: Women's stories!
Growing up in Germany, I was fascinated by the fact that most of the
history I was taught in school started with the beginning of Christianity
and hardly ever included any stories about women! Over the course of many
years, I read sacred texts, myths and channeled writings, which gave me a
fuller understanding of our collective history and I also received glimpses
of how women's stories were misinterpreted, distorted or simply lost.
Our guest on the podcast this week is Ronna Detrick, who is passionate
about bringing women's stories back into the conversation, telling them in
a new way and also helping women powerfully tell their own stories!
Recording this episode was a lot of fun, I learned a lot from Ronna and
especially her take on Eve's story of the Bible was eye opening for me.
Listen to the episode and then let me know what you think!
