Our vulnerabilities are on notice when we speak them because before we know it we are in a situation where we have to say something that makes us uncomfortable. Yet facing that feeling of being uncomfortable is the best you can be when speaking the truths you feel because now you are free of those feelings being in the way of you and your partner. It intially feels so exposing that it feels worth more not to say anything at all, yet in the end, the truths that are not spoken lay in a block between you and the other person. We say Love always wins, yet we do not trust it enough to be it. Imagine if we worked from love and trusted we would be OK for doing so. Why is that we think any energy less than love will work at times?  What makes us think that we can tell a lie or not do our best and then wonder why we do not feel OK in our hearts? Expection sets the tone for everything else we do. It puts a cloud ever our heads of what anyone or the world owes us and then see the world from a standpoint of what we are owed or should have. When we are at the fork in the road why do we choose expectation as the road to take and what do we want from expectation that our own minds cannot give us? Why do we help each other? We all know what happens to the person that we help, however what goes on with the person that is helping the other.
