I got this letter in my inbox:
I have a very personal question:
I am very insecure when I'm in company of an attractive person. If I find someone beautiful inside and outside, something happens to my brain. I try to impress this person, because I want to be loved. In these moments, I'm scared, I feel less, I feel lost. I want to be liked and I can't control my fear of possibly not being liked. And of course this turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy, because what I feel inside, is felt outside.
I got a question for today's show. I thought to put it out as I got it, so here it goes:
How can I overcome feeling less when I find a person of the opposite sex attractive?
How can I be strong, so that my confidence doesn't leave me in this moment?
What do I oversee in myself, that leads to the above challenge? Why do I feel so insecure with other people, especially the opposite sex?
I have such a longing to live my full truth. I want to walk in confidence, with love in my heart for myself and everyone else where ever I go and whoever I meet.
I would love to hear what you think about it.
With all my Love <3
