I often just jump on stage and do my improv without any thinking. Can stopping this and pausing help?

I went to an improv event recently where the audience of improvisers had been encouraged to solicit compliments about other improvisers. It was wonderful and made me think about how I can get better at giving compliments to this lovely community.

I've been doing meditation for a few years now. This week, I explore how it's helped me do improv comedy.

In this episode I focus on the complete lack of warm ups I've been doing before #improv #comedy gigs, how this has impacted them, and how it has made me feel. Do you warm up before performing? What types of warm ups do you do?
