In this lesson, we continue to discuss the pilgrimmage of Christian as he meets Evangelist, goes to Wicket Gate, talks to Goodwill and then goes to the House of the Interpreter. Due to time constraints, we only deal more fully with two of the pictorial instructions, the dust, the swept floor and the maiden with a pitcher of water. -2- The wall with the fire, the casting of water on the one side of the fire, but it's burning hotter.

In this lesson, we sought to learn about what the Enchanted Ground represents. First, in a society or town, 2ndly in the church, 3rd in the individual believer. It also is a very basic introduction to declension in spirituality prior to the 1st and 2nd Great Awakening and the revivals that came after in answer to prayer.

Christ is the great Consummator of God's covenantal dealings with man. He ushers in the new and everlasting covenant of grace. What the Law of Moses prefigured, foretold, and foreshadowed, Christ has fulfilled. He establishes -grace and truth- in fulfillment of old covenant anticipation.

Christ by virtue of His infinite dignity as Son of God and perfect obedience as Mediator is an infinite treasury of merit. We can draw from His fullness an inexhaustible supply of grace to meet every need of our souls before the holy God.

In this lesson, as a companion to the study of Little Faith, we discussed a character from Bunyan's second part - Mr. Fearing. -It took him a whole month,- tells Greatheart, -to face the Slough. But he would not go back neither. The helpful authors quoted are Thomas Goodwin's Child of Light Walking in Darkness, the musings of William Cowper meditating on his own suicide, and the amazing story of Simon Browne - 1680 - 1732 and how half of his life was spent in the Castle of Giant Despair.

The incarnation of Jesus Christ is the greatest miracle in the history of the world. The Son of God became the Son of Man in order to make sons of men sons of God. Wonder of wonders-
