Episode 387 - Breaks down the topic of parental wounds. Parental wounds refer to lasting emotional pain from unmet needs or disconnection in the parent-child relationship, which can shape self-perception, relationships, and worldview in adulthood. They are considered a normal part of human experience and can stem from various circumstances, including emotional neglect or unmet needs during childhood.
A parent wound is the lasting emotional imprint left when the bond with a parent feels unsafe, absent, or conditional. Other expressions include harshness, conditional approval, or a lack of guidance, protection, and validation. Adults carrying this wound may struggle with self-confidence, fear of failure, or difficulty establishing boundaries. They may feel compelled to overachieve to “earn” love and recognition, or they may struggle to trust authority figures. Often, the wound leaves a persistent question, “Am I truly safe and worthy?”
Humanity has created a realm where parental wounds are normalized, and childhood trauma is passed down from generation to generation with next to no end in sight. Society has broken the family unit and has normalized dysfunction, which seeps out into our broken communities and continues the cycle. The Babylonian matrix loosh farm system has programmed adults into believing that parenthood means to be in authority, control, constantly praised, and worshiped, rather than giving that child/children what their souls really need.
Parents believe they “own” their children, when in fact their primary role is to guide their children into their north node so that they can achieve their destiny, mission, and purpose in this lifetime. Unfortunately, the system has programmed parents into the opposite and has normalized creating childhood trauma and parental wounds between the parent(s) and child/children. Many adults have come to recognize this toxic cycle, and they’re breaking away from abusive parents and family structures in order to heal and end the cycle of childhood trauma and parental wounds. We die for lack of knowledge.
