These best friends look back on their successful athletic careers at OHS and tell us why their close bond has lasted all these years. Nate chats with Norwich Girls Flag Football Coach, Tom Rose. This was the first season of flag football across Section IV and New York State. NYSPHSAA partnered with Nike, as well as, the NY Giants, NY Jets and Buffalo Bills from the NFL to help kickstart this program. Hear how Coach Rose got his athletes to buy into a completely new game that they had never tried before.

Nate talks with Norwich alumna and 3-sport standout, Meghan Komendarek. She played D2 college basketball at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania. Meghan tells us about a serious car accident she was in where she lost a thumb. Hear how she battled back against the odds to play her final collegiate season.

Nate connects with standout Greene softball pitcher, Olivia Kennedy, and GCS Coach, Judi Mansheffer. The Trojans went 23-1 this past season and made an appearance in the NYS Class-C championship game. Olivia was the Class-C Player of the Year and is headed to Division-II Caldwell University in New Jersey on a full scholarship. Coach M has been around Section IV softball and field hockey for many years and tells us about her coaching and officiating experiences. 

Good friend of the show, Jeff Mlinar, is back for another appearance to talk about girls basketball. Jeff runs Empire State Takeover, which provides coverage of teams, clubs and players across the entire state of New York plus parts of Pennsylvania and New England. Hear about where Jeff's recent travels have taken him, and get his thoughts on several local players he has seen on the AAU circuit this summer.

Nate sits down with NYCM Insurance President and CEO, Cheryl Robinson. She is an Edmeston alumna who is the first female in company history to hold this position. Cheryl discusses how her high school and college athletic experiences have helped her in her business life and how difficult it can be for females in the male dominated insurance world.

Nate welcomes back Franklin Boys Basketball Coach, Skylar Thompson. They discuss the success of the team this year at FCS and dive into his political work on the Oneonta Town Board. Skylar also shares a very personal story about the struggles of mental health and how it has affected him.

Nate welcomes Jamey Mullen and Tom Revoir to the show to discuss the 2022 Gus Macker 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament in Norwich. Jamey and Tom organize the event for the Norwich YMCA. This is the 25th edition of the Norwich Macker. Get the behind the scenes story on how this massive event comes together each year.

Hannah talks about her role in promoting the dairy industry, her love for athletics (especially basketball) and what it's like to be Nate's pet sitter.
