Do you know why some people struggle as they grow older?

And when I say “older,” I’m not just talking about age. There’s a real difference between being old and being aged. Someone can feel old at 18, and another person can stay youthful even at 80.

Here’s the key idea: what truly defines whether someone is young or old is proportion.

People who feel old tend to have more stored in their memory than in their imagination.

People who stay young tend to have more in their imagination than in their memory.

So take a moment and ask yourself:

Are you living from memory, or from imagination?
