1. Sudan- Ethiopia
Sudan government alleges that drone attacks came 'from Ethiopian territory'
Sudan’s army-aligned government has accused Ethiopia of involvement in recent drone strikes, saying attacks launched “from inside Ethiopian territory” targeted sites in Sudan in February and March.

Senegal PM Sonko threatens exit from government amid rift with President Faye
Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko says he’s prepared to pull his Pastef party out of government and return to the opposition if President Bassirou Diomaye Faye drifts from the party’s vision.
3. Republic of Congo- Brazzaville
Congo president says he will not 'remain in power forever'
Congo-Brazzaville’s 82-year-old President Denis Sassou Nguesso says he is preparing the ground for a new generation of leaders as he seeks re-election in the March 15 presidential poll.
In an interview in the southern city of Dolisie, Sassou Nguesso said the current leadership is laying the foundations for young people to eventually take over.
4. In our historical archives, it was on this day 4 March 1932 when Mme, Dr Miriam Zenzile Makeba was born in Gauteng to a Swati mother and a Xhosa father.
She has won several awards for her music, including a Grammy. She was married five times, including to Harry Belafonte and Hugh Masekela. Makeba died on 9 November 2008 while taking part in a concert in Italy.
