The Libyan Central Bank has announced the suspension of all its operations after the kidnapping of one of its executives in the capital Tripoli.The bank denounced in a statement on Sunday the kidnapping of its IT director Musab Msallem.

Kenya to revive scrapped tax plans, risking unrest
A revised version of the controversial eco-levy tax will soon be tabled in Kenya’s Parliament.Treasury Secretary John Mbadi confirmed that "about 49 measures" were being considered as part of a tax amendment bill.
