Sipho Mhlangu, a 35-year-old suspect, arrested by the Gauteng Political Killings Task Team (PKTT) in connection with the murder of Tshwane EFF regional secretary, Monicca Dube, appeared in the Cullinan Magistrate's Court today where the case was postponed to 23 July for bail application.
