Police in Cape Town are reporting that 8 people have been killed in a mass shooting in Harare in Khayelitsha. Police spokesperson, Andrè Traut, says that members of the SAPS responded to a shooting incident this morning and found the bodies of one woman and four men with gunshot wounds.
