We give you our thoughts on the Redskins in regards to their defense woes, and offer up our thoughts on the Kirk Cousins negotiations. The Wizards have discovered a winning resurgence and we chew the fat on their new found success! The Washington Capitals are rolling right along and while we're happy to see another good season, we can only help to wonder what will happen, should they make the playoffs (I know its like putting the cart before the horse) because the Caps must first finish the regular season on a winning note!  In less than two months, The Nationals Pitchers and Catchers report to Spring Training at their new facility; we talk about the latest roster changes and offer up our cheeky analysis. But wait there's more!!
