Tasked with freeing the Queen by any means necessary, our intrepid group now marches towards the lair of the Guardian.  Unsure of what to expect, they let their new dragonkin ally take the lead.  Will they discover the reason behind the Dragon’s abandonment?  Why is it interested in Stars?  And most importantly, will our heroes survive an encounter with such a beast?

In the deepest parts of the wilderness we find a quaint cottage.  Seemingly out of place, this is the home of the Steward of the hive.  The beekeeper, an Ashen Knight, seems kindly enough but reveals to our Srivanyian cleric their 30 year long isolation.  Now we see if Sunan can make amends with the Queen or if she will take his head as reparation.  Meanwhile, not knowing if Sunan lives or not, the rest of our party makes plans to confront The Guardian: terror of the skies and apparently appsentee father?

Now we find ourselves in a predicament.  Our heroes defended their new home against alien invaders, while the bees seeked to continue their instinctual mission.  Not a great first impression; however, Tyric believes that amends can be made.  Lets just hope that the Queen bee is the forgiving type.  A sense of unease descended over the party, and one member decided to take matters into their own hands.

What is that strange buzzing sound?  It looks like we have a little visitor.  A bee!  Our band of frontiersmen are still relatively new to the surface and the delicate ecosystem they find themselves in.  Will they learn to live in harmony with the strange flora and fauna?  Or, will they bend it to their will for their own gains…
