On a drizzly day in May 2015, a young man was out for a jog in the Sai Kung district of Hong Kong when he noticed a haphazardly parked mini cooper by the roadside. The car was still there when he finished his run about an hour later, so he decided to approach to see if anything was wrong. And upon seeing a woman and a teenage girl both unconscious inside, the man immediately called for the police; uncovering a dark web of distrust, abuse, and the execution of a nearly perfect crime.
