How do you know if it's a good time to buy a home? There are 3 questions you should be asking.  - Are you planning on staying in the area for at least 3 years? - Do you have enough money to make a down payment? - Is there an opportunity to find a home with a monthly payment you're comfortable with?  If you answered 'yes' to any of these, then it's worth looking for an opportunity to buy in today's market.

If you want to work harder and smarter than other people, there's a lot of money to be made in real estate. Don't let talk of a difficult market or oversaturation scare you.

A hack that can build your real estate portfolio is owning to rent. Buy a primary home for just 5% down and live in it for a year. After that, you'll be eligible to buy another primary home for 5%.  Rent the first property and continue to build your portfolio year after year.

There's a common misconception that debts like student or car loans prevent them from buying a home. However, the most important number is the minimum monthly payment rather than the total debt. When talking to a lender, that monthly total is what will be considered when determining how big of a loan you qualify for.

Preapproval should always be the first step in a home search. Getting this will give you a clear idea of your budget for your home search.
