Natalie is an award-winning business leader and entrepreneur, and has spent most of her career in the healthcare sector, starting in the pharmaceutical industry at Johnson and Johnson. As an entrepreneur she built a global healthcare services business and in 2020 co-founded rare disease specialist health technology company RareiTi.  

Before this, Natalie took the seat as interim CEO, leading a business transformation programme for Britain’s biggest clinical homecare provider, Healthcare at Home and as founder of Lucidity LLC, Natalie invests in healthcare technology businesses fuelled by passionate leaders and provides strategic counsel to founder CEOs and their board of directors. 

Natalie is also board director of US based CEEK women’s health and a strategic advisor at Draper and Dash.
