The NEFA Coaches Corner Monthly Webinar. Episode 7 (Part 1) August2021 .We are joined by Andoni Bombin, the Athletic Club Bilbao Head of Methodology for the August Coaches Corner. He has a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and is a UEFA PRO national football coach.

Andoni has held various positions working in the Academy at Athletic Club Bilbao, a number of clubs in Bizkaia and is renowned for his international background in China, where he worked as Technical Director for the Hainan Football Federation and coach of Hainan FC in League Two.

This will be a great insight into how one of the World’s leading clubs in player development operate and will be in the normal NEFA Coaches corner interactive format.

Michael has played a part in the development of players such as Pogba, Mendy, Mahrez and Mandanda at the Le Havre Academy, which is recognised as one of the leading academies in France. As well as working at domestic level he has also worked across the world delivering coaching clinics, where his specialism is developing player awareness on the field.

In this episode of the NEFA Coaches Corner. We are joined by Head of Coach Education at the Croatian Football Association Boris Kubla. Boris an UEFA Pro licence coach has worked for the national federation at the Croatian football association for 23 years, as well as working for Croatian giants Dinamo Zagreb from 2007-2009. Boris also has experience of tutoring on the UEFA Pro, UEFA A and UEFA B licence courses, giving him a thorough experience of developing world class coaches. As well as working with players such as Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic amongst other Croatian internationals.

In this episode of the NEFA Coaches Corner. We are joined by UEFA Pro Licence holder Gregg Broughton.

Gregg has had a superb career working in player development at clubs such as Wycombe Wanderers, Luton Town and Norwich City where he has held positions such as Academy Manager and Head of Academy Recruitment. He is now the Academy Director for Bodo Glimt in Norway, who broke numerous records last season on their way to winning the Eliteserien (Norwegian Premier League).

In this episode we discuss Greggs extensive coaching career, including his UEFA Technical Director licence research on 'psychological safety'. As well as his recent experiences working with current Norwegian Eliteserien champions Bodo Glimt.
