There are positive psychic skills our energy goes strong to, and negative psychic energies our energy goes weak to. The latter can trigger thoughts and reactions that make us wonder where they are coming from. While many people feel you have to keep creating protection from these energies, my experience is that this merely attracts them since it is coming from a place of fear. There is a straight forward approach to eliminating them. Keeping energetically strong keeps us from attracting them.
