This is a true story about overcoming the challenges of life. Alexis sat with us and shared a few pages of her upcoming book which is a true story about her young life. She talked about how she grew up in a violent home in the projects of #Philadelphia where she and her siblings witnessed the constant violence between their mom and dad. She revealed how she was also molested by a family member and later locked up and while incarcerated developed an interest in art, music and writing which she honed. She is out of prison and working on several projects. The interview was done in audio with Donte Nelson, Co-Producer and Renaldo McKenzie, Host and Producer in studios at The NeoLiberal Corporation. Is social media becoming too serious with etiquettes transplanted by big businesses and politicians running for office? "Have you heard about #twitteretiquette or social media etiquette? Donte and I elaborated on and discussed this recent Tweet on this episode of the podcast. We broke it down into several questions which we addressed on the podcast:1. Should Social Media become serious media or academia?2. Is there anything such as Twitter or social media etiquette?3. Will Social Media return to being "Social"?4. Is Elon Musk the X-Factor ushering "X" etiquette? There has been a myriad of debates and concerns about whether social media is responsible for abnormalities in teens and human beings without any credible evidence. Yet, social media a tool for human engagement and interaction at the informal and social levels, has been scapegoated as if social media has any human conscience. The fact is that social media such as Twitter is a platform, or resources such as a religious book or canon promoting love, that can be manipulated corrupted, and abused to do something other than their intended purpose to achieve an end that may advance or upend humanity. Nevertheless, regulating scriptures or social media is never the answer as doing so re-monopolize control of information. On this powerful and dynamic episode of The Neoliberal Round Podcast, Renaldo and Donte provide insightful commentaries on the constant and sore issue of police brutality and question whether promises of reform were just a means to pacify the BLM. The Police are still not wearing body cams, still killing black men in certain communities and lying about it, while still benefitting from the protection of their unions and politicians even after the protests stemming from the Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Tyre Nichols, and countless other police killings, and the promises of change and reform. Still, police continue to abuse their power and violently kill black, brown, and Latino men in certain communities then retreat to their unions and the system for protection which applies a slap on the wrist. It is no wonder that Police continue to gun down certain people in diverse communities. The latest killing of Eddie Irizarry was more telling and Mark Dial, the Police Officer who fatally Irizarry, was even more telling of the police's constant brutality and how they are still supported by their unions and the system. He had initially lied that Irizarry had lunged at him with a knife and refused to participate in the investigation. When the body cam video was released showing that Irizarry was in his car when Dial quickly attacked with gun drawn and fired six times killing Irizarry, he turned himself in and was only given a $50, 000.00 bail and his union released a statement that they were still behind Dial. Dial's attorney reported that Dial was legally justified as he was in fear for his life. This is farfetched as there is no evidence of this, except the video showing the opposite of Dial's initial lie that Irizarry had attacked him. The podcast was a discussion of a post in The NeoLiberal Post by Renaldo McKenzie entitled: "When Police Serve and Protect, Becomes Lie and Betray" highlighting in various police killings how they use sly arguments, loopholes, and the system to continue to brutalize or to escape responsibility and accountability in their excesses. https://renaldocmckenzie.com/2023/09/when-police-protect-and-serve-become-lie-and-betray/ The Podcast discussed another police killing in New Castle Delaware where a 28-year-old was killed by police after a deadly chase. The police had a press conference but provided a convoluted & conflicted story & would not take questions from reporters. They conveniently do not have body cam video & demonize the victim by calling him a fugitive as if he is not innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, not by police.

In this latest podcast, I present a recent article published in The NeoLiberal Journals entitled: Embracing Diversity in Spiritual Interpretation. The article is also part of my reflections from my Doctoral studies at Georgetown University looking at Power, Privilege, Position and Status, and the Foundations of Knowledge and Hegemony of Faith. Further, we are conducting a study on changing attitudes towards Afro-Caribbean beliefs. This is important to the discussions concerning diversity which must begin with interfaith unity and how we interpret divine revelation. In Western societies and especially in the Americas there has always been this penchant to promote Eurocentrism which was always part of the center. Indigenous or African practices inherited from Africans and traditions of the ancient Indians have been demonized within Christendom. However, It is a privileged language that promotes a cultural religion that denies diversity and limits the immutability and transcendence of God who speaks all languages.

College dropout rates, especially among African Americans, remain unacceptably high. Traditional institutional learning is gradually becoming obsolete, largely due to the influence of technology.

Furthermore, language itself is evolving, with popular language gaining acceptance in academic and formal writing. As we move forward, we must proactively plan for the societal changes that demand adjustments in education—what we teach and how we teach—since technology and popular culture are increasingly integrated into modern society.

2. Yesterday Police killed a 28-year-old man running from a store after he was seen with a cart full of home goods from the Home Improvement store in New Castle Delaware. We discuss the police's justification for killing a defenseless man.

3. There was another shooting where Police killed a black man in his home after they showed up abruptly in the morning at his home with his family. He was shot in the back after the police say he pointed a gun at them. However, relatives say they never entered the house and he had a gun in reply to the noise in the morning, something Americans if they are unaware of that Police are there at 5 am in the morning. we discuss.
