Man, what does it take to get a hit around here? Batters around the game are floundering and pitchers are having historic success. We haven't seen these numbers since 1968! That's why we've dubbed this season the Year of the Pitcher v2.0. Why is it so much harder for offenses this year? Is it that the batters are just bad or are the pitchers really this good? Is something sinister going on? Dun dun DUUUNNN!!! We STICK to the numbers, which is really the GLUE of the issue. Get it??
