The New Church

THE IDEAKnight & BishopThe spiritual and secular worlds have often been seen as separate, focused on strategy, money, culture, and power.NXT CON aims to bridge this gap. It brings together pastors, entrepreneurs, artists, economists, athletes, and public servants to demonstrate that faith and strategy can work together. They are allies in every important action taken by individuals or nations. This idea is captured in the theme, Knights and Bishops. The Knight represents courage, while the Bishop represents wisdom. NXT CON unites these perspectives.

In this video, our global lead pastor, Pastor  @Topeokodughaa  teaches that under the old covenant, blood was required for sanctification, but the blood of animals could not permanently transform or deal with sin. Their sacrifices had to be repeated yearly. Jesus, however, offered Himself once and for all, giving us direct access to God through His perfect sacrifice. (Hebrews 9:22; 10:9 -11; Colossians 1:19 - 20)She further highlights that the blood of Jesus brings redemption, forgiveness, justification, reconciliation, peace with God, a new covenant, and protection. We no longer approach God through rituals but through a relationship made possible by Christ. (Hebrews 8:6; 12:24; Exodus 12:13)Pastor Tope wraps up the message by indicating that we appropriate His blood by faith, understanding what Christ has done, declaring His Word, and through prayer. God’s mercy is available to us in every situation. (Romans 3:25)This message will help you:- Understand the power and significance of Jesus’ blood.- Approach God boldly and without fear.- Move from ritual to relationship with God.- Appropriate God’s mercy by faith, declaration, and prayer.Watch, reflect, and ask yourself:"Am I living with a consciousness of what the blood of Jesus has already accomplished for me?"The blood of Jesus gives us access to mercy, relationship, and a new covenant with God.ABOUT THE NEWWe are a people of love and excellence who are result-oriented, spirit-led, word-rooted, prayer-driven, and kingdom-conscious.
