It’s how you steward your energy daily—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Because when self-care is missing, your energy tells the truth:
- Emotionally: you feel scattered, reactive, easily overwhelmed
- Physically: your body is tired, tense, and running on empty
- Spiritually: your clarity fades, and you start second-guessing what God already showed you

- Pause before responding—choose intention over reaction
- Be mindful of what you consume and who has access to you
- Give yourself space to process, not suppress
Result: Your energy becomes calm and clear 2. Physical Self-Care → Support Your Body
- Rest consistently (not just when you crash)
- Move daily to release stress and reset your system
- Hydrate and nourish—don’t neglect your baseline needs
Result: Your energy becomes steady and sustained 3. Spiritual Self-Care → Stay Anchored
- Spend quiet time with God daily (even briefly, but consistently)
- Pray before making decisions or pouring into others
- Follow what you feel led to do—don’t override it
