Del Wright is the President of Wrightway Leadership and the non-profit ministry known as Band of Brothers in TN. He began his call to ministry on the football field as a kicker for the University of Central Florida. This led him to connect with the on-campus ministry of FCA, which would eventually result in him joining the FCA staff, a call that he would have for 27 years!

He is now taking the wealth of experience and knowledge he gained from FCA to pursue a new call. Every week Del meets with men and uses God's Word to disciple, train, and lead them to become better husbands, fathers, and followers of Christ!

His non-profit ministry to men is called Band of Brothers. In this episode Del will talk about his call to evangelize and DISCIPLE the men of the Nashville area and beyond!
