Easter Sunday serves as a joyous reminder of Jesus' victory over sin and the grave. It's a celebration of hope, love, and new beginnings. As we gather with family and friends, let's remember the significance of this day and the joyful message it brings.

On Palm Sunday, we reflect on the  journey Jesus undertook as he was adored with shouts of salvation and victory as palm branches were laid before Him as a symbol of honor and triumph. Yet, as the week progressed, those exuberant cheers turned into cries of crucifixion. The same people who hailed Him as King now demanded His death. As we reflect on this transition, may we accurately approach Jesus for who He truly is and not just our concept of Savior.

We believe in the power of God to redeem our pasts, giving us hope and the ability to worship experientially. No matter what challenges or mistakes we may have faced, God's love and grace can transform our lives, allowing us to experience the beauty of worship with a deep and meaningful understanding of His forgiveness and mercy.

During this season of Lent, we are encouraged to pause and reflect on our journey of conversion and acceptance of Christ. Far too many prefer to forget their sin than mourn.  As believers, we are called to humbly acknowledge and grieve over our transgressions, seeking God's forgiveness and grace to transform our hearts and draw closer to Him.

Communication is a vital skill that God instructs us to use with humility and gentleness, recognizing that the individuals we communicate with are just as important as the message we seek to convey. It is impossible to claim love for God while harboring hatred for our brothers or sisters. As Christ followers, we must be identified by our love and that will be felt by the words we use to communicate.

Pride is truly a relationship killer, causing division and strife. On the other hand, Jesus exemplified genuine humility through His selfless actions and teachings, showing us the path to fostering harmonious and healthy relationships with others.

Quit stressing out over your relationship status and start focusing on living out God’s mission with confidence and faithfulness. When we believe in God but live as though he doesn't exist, we are Christian Atheists.  Will you go all-in following Jesus?

In this life, we are faced with the choice of doing things according to our own understanding and desires, or aligning our actions with the will of the Lord. When we choose to follow our own inclinations, we can expect outcomes that are reflective of our efforts, but when we surrender to God's way, we open ourselves to experiencing the results that He intends for us.  Whose agenda will you say, “Yes” to…yours or God’s?
