welcome back to the mindset model podcast , in todays episode I am bringing you an updated manifestation formula and a few amazing tools to help bring your manifestations to life! 


the formula 

1. Know what you want and how you want it to feel - remember feeling is the key to activating the frequency of your manifestation 
2. See it and feel it as already yours - using tools such as guided meditations and  vision boards are helpful here 
3. Clear any conflicts , limiting beliefs or fears around having it - this is where a lot of healing work comes in, paying attention to triggers around your goals 
4. Collect evidence of the manifestation already being in motion - this step is really fun and im going In to more detail about this step in this episode 
5. Act as if you already have manifested it - this is the embodiment piece , so what action can you take to act as if you have your goals? 
6. Follow your intuition (the sparks) - this is where we follow the signs from the universe
